hmm neither side had 0 str cags. Our cags on the lvl I cv and escorts did have 0 org after the second bombing run, though str didnt fall down too much.
When we dropped into the main usa fleet with our "back up" in the first hr one of the cvs lost all org and got a bit damaged - thought frankly that he would sink it. All usa cags at that point had more than 50% org. When our turn came up though the usa got wacked very badly. Yorktown went down in the second hr of combat iirc and the usa had no cags with org to fight after its first salvo - but probably manually decided to run... Pity my cags didnt catch you again in the next sea zone when you moved out - we would have seen most of the fleet go down.

Still usa has 450+ Ic compared to our half of that, so they can afford it Sad... At least they are "wasteing" it on me... One Tooth Grin

Also a bit suprised with shuey to have such huge ammounts of inf all over the place.

Frustrateing with india - we sunk so many convoys and you still seem to have supplies everywhere..

Yeah, yeah. The puny Japanese industrial base does not concern to homeland of the Socialist Revolution.

But we are curious what our friendly neighbour, the fascist pig nation Germany, is doing with its production? Are they building autobahns for the people, Rundfunk broadcasting entertainment machines for their capitalist consumers? Or a decent fleet to finish their current war with their aggressive capitalist enemies? Give us a hint, we will give Steel and Coal to any willing informers! Surely Germany is not investing in further land forces since they already control their sphere of the European landmass? That would be highly unwise and against the spirit of the pact between our great nations (at least ours is!).

We hear Germany engineers produced a carrier vessel. We don't understand the concept of air planes flying from a ship or taking off from the water or what ever they do but Pravda announces that its all good. Just don't build any more tanks. Germany doesn't need them. Soviet tanks can defend Germany if need will be. We have plenty of fine communist land battle ships available. Don't force us to use them by constructing more yourselves!

So speaks the Soviet Propaganda apparatus!

Germany is happy to just build autobahns and amusement parks.
No extra war is planned in East or West, we believe that all can live in peace.

In other news, UK fleet that was sitting near Norway is running with bloody nose.

Overall it was a good session.

I pulled out of Greece, as the situation in India had reached a critical stage and I had to support it. My adventure against the IJN went rather badly, but it was only some old ships I lost and my carrier fleets are still fully operational. Bring it on Axis navies! As to the 4 Japanese infantry lost, I think troops only retreat to ships if they are defeated in a province, not when you are cut of as happened around Calcutta. I managed to roll my tanks into the province you were retreating to before you arrived. It was only fair I killed some Japanese divisions now that I had lost quite a few myself. Smile

Still the Japanese onslaught carries on with no end in sight, but at least we are now giving them a good fight for their gains. As to the convoy situation, yes I am losing a lot like UK always does. But I am catching submarines from time to time, furthermore I am sinking some Japanese convoys myself Cool

The British High Command wonders how much steel is used to produce ships for the Kriegsmarine while the invasion force is stationed in Wilhelmshafen, surely Hitler must be aware that the Russian bear is awakening in the east...? Bruxelles seems like a nice place for paratroopers to take vacation in the summer...

Invasion force? What absurd and preposterous thinking. German fishing industry is booming so every free man was sent to catch fish. Paratroopers are visiting cabarets and having good time in West.

Furthermore, no Kriegsmarine is being built, those are long range fishing boats for operation near Norway.
Germany is sure Soviet Union is building plows and food factories, as our friendship is eternal.

Besides UK government needs show of force to become more sensible and make peace with Axis nations,
as they have been unreasonable so far.

i was hopeing for some more "free" time in india - still apart from the minor loss of those brigades things look ok.
Obv. I invested quite more heavily into navy so i could handle uk and usa at the same time and I was 4 months early so my army aspect is not "grand" as last game. Yea some minor convoy loses - still its like 10 or so per month so dont really feel it yet. I have been sinking a bit of uk and usa lately - prolly due to their large stack in hawaii.

The only real victory was the 2 usa cvs at the moment - the rest uk has tonnes off at the start and usa can rebuild at 4-5 ic so with 450 ic its not much of a dent. The moment the uk fleet was sighted i knew that usa would be on the move - thankfully we saw one of the cv fleets in the intel screen before the engagements and then second one soon after reload - so that was a bit of luck on our part. I thought the second was gonna go after us but seems that usa wisely decided to cut their loses - esp. if you cant see all our cv fleets. Pity you didnt stick around Wink.

You make it look like your outdated fleet killed that Carrier (lvl III btw). That old fleet of yours was hurt and on the run, i accidentally ran into the full org 4 CV fleet you had as backup that i didnt know about, while my fleet was half orged out.

Small correction - our second fleet ran into your fleet.

I'd like to decide if we play or cancel next week.

This is it I suppose:

If GER proclaims peace next session we can play.
If not we must cancel.

Right?

The Axis says what it wants regarding its future plans but wether it attacks now, in 4 months or in a year it will come as no big surprise but think it over and make a decision so we know asap.

I'd say we play and if Germany decides to attack East, we just save game and continue week later.

Can everybody then confirm they have installed it?

Ahh, took some trying to get right checksum this time (shouldn't be lazy and just overwrite the mod folder)
