Colombia doesn't exist in the 1836 scenario, unless you intend to play another country until it declares independence from the USCA. And that might not be so easy if we have a USCA player.

I believe you are thinking of Bolivia separating from Peru; Colombia exist. I wouldn't mind Portugal, I'll be able to play at least this Monday.
