Ok, lets move the debate here. i think the mod is very good in general, but need some minor tweaks imho.

about tanks:
- increase softness to 35-40% (as they had infantries and other soft elements.)
- increase ground defense by 20%
- reduce rivercrossing penaly from 60% to 50% for medium tanks.


about air (too much unit bombed to death recently)
- scrap some groundattack and interdiction bonuses from strategic bombing airtech.
- reduce airunit expgain by 20%

more:
- give germany the moto tech? or discard it from everyone?
