Here is new line in General Forum Guidelines I've added based on experience from Children of the Fatherland forum.
Quote:
Do not insult or deliberately provoke other forum members into pointless discussion beyond given topic.

Also, I've added part about violation of forum guidelines.

Updated guidelines are effective immediately, so please keep them in mind when you post.

Thank you and happy posting!

In retrospect it's not surprising that it would be prompted by
1. COTF
2. Something I've done.

And shoot, I've rolled past 6000 without noticing.

Noteworthy to the new-comers would be that Anders was indeed part of the orginal TWBW lot and the new COTF subforum seems to be just continuity from that game (expecially when the proplem is: Anders trolls blayne and this gets to KoM's ego becouse he cannot make it stop. All three mentioned played also in TWBW)

I left TWBW after about 18 months, in the early 1700s, I think. Reason: It was completely stagnant with the way the alliances were set up. When I left, the new player replacing me sort of caused that to collapse. Then I rejoined in the EU3 endgame, got slammed with what I considered arbitrary penalties from the GM, and left again after just a few sessions of Victoria.

And I'm part of the reason why this game is here and not entirely at PI forums or some other place. Jorian's fault though.

Not at all, it just proves that when you introduce a "new" player into an "old" game, things will change. The same thing would probably have happened regardless who had left at that point, but nobody can know.
