i need to ask that we start at 20:00 / 20:10 as i wont be able to be there earlier - and I doubt that Orthank will be able to be there alone as he usually still has to handle the kid in the early parts of the game...

It would certainly be nice if it worked.

I suppose this is how you would do that:

1. Copy the current 2.04b-mmm folder

2. copy the new patch files into that folder

3. Rename the folder

4. Play

We should not have to reinstall the mod again right?

Can anyone state the new checksum here please.

I think we all should save our original installations so that we can go back in case this screws up our current save.

I don't think it is that easy, you have to merge some of the actual files as we use different settings. Takes some time but is doable.

See ya later.

I did it the way I described and at least the game started.

I got the checksum OMAY from doing this.

actually not, as the mod is in mod directory, but some files have had lines added to them in the patch and mod replacing files with files without those lines probably will break something...

Add mod or no? And if so do we have confirmation on the checksum?

Agreed. Let's play with the current mod version for today.

Yea, I probably had most fun testing how hard one could bomb UK, sadly the answer was 'not much', even if at least part of that was bad organization (bombers caught by fighters without cover)..
...maybe again later, this time I'll bring all the fighters in first though.Rolleyes

yea pity with those couple of units in india... should have been more carefull - dont know why they didnt run to the tps instead of to an enemy province? Sad Seems the whole lot of uk tank force is running for poor japanese troops in india Sad..

oh well 1 USA CV lvl IV? seeing the name, 5 usa cls and a number of british ships (min of 3 cls and 3 ca's and 1 tp) for 1 japan dd is not bad.. Think it was the creame of the usa navy seeing it was under nimitz?

USA ships;
USS Ranger
USS Yorktown (sunk)
USS Hornet
USS Essex

vs

IJN Hosho Wink lvl I
IJN Zuho esc
IJN Chiyoda esc

Rather painful session in the beginning, then it became better. I'll compile the mod for latest patch. But since I'm not sure I'll be able to attend next session, I'd like to propose pause next week. It's 50/50, but better make early call then hurry up late.

You make it look like your outdated fleet killed that Carrier (lvl III btw). That old fleet of yours was hurt and on the run, i accidentally ran into the full org 4 CV fleet you had as backup that i didnt know about, while my fleet was half orged out.

im just saying that our bait the junk got you to come out Smile. Really amazeing nothing got sunk on our side..

indeed we ofc had a second fleet around once you got eager to engage Smile. Still you got lucky you got first shots off as all your cags were in good shape after the first battle, pity. Org of cvs dont matter as the cags still fight.

Depends if we'll finally will have war or not next session. I can manage fine in peace. War time might be a bit more stressful alone. The pause button is your friend however.

Other than that I'm looking forward to the getting into action. It's getting to be a bit boring to not be in the fray of the fight for this long.
