I should be there as well, though if we do end up waiting for someone but have at least 1 person per country, ask that we go ahead and start so I can do some re-organizing or command structure and theaters etc...

Pardon me for butting in here, but have you guys thought about playing the "Darkest Hour" version of HoI? Or Vicky2, now that there are a few (beta)patches out?

"Hvor fattige var de ikke, disse fiskere som levde av havets nåde! De slet sig gjennom livet uten å se sig om til høire eller til venstre. Deres gleder var få, deres bekymringer mange. Men de hadde allikevel et gemyttlig smil til den fremmede, en munter vise og en lun historie. For sånn er de, disse Sørlandets barn."

Great session although many rehosts.

I'll post in the AAR thread what happened on my fronts.

Good job Japan that encircled and destroyed my militia in Persia. I have to allow that to happen but considering the low speed of those troops, the amount of Japs suddenly facing them, the amount of fronts for me to handle it wasn't really much I could do to fall back.

Except for that she session was saitosfactory even if STAVKA mourns the loss of Kiev to the fascist invaders. :-)

Anders; no, not at this time, still kinda in middle of this and well... it seems to be taking a while yet...

Decent session aye, thankfully losses stayed at 5 divisions and a DD, and lot of damage to my planes (I think my reinforcement slider is stuck at 30+ IC at all times...), I grant you allied and especially soviet airforces have been stronger than I expected, maybe I wasn't the only one taking lessons in last game...

not bad session for japs - killed a big usa navy = then sunk an escort carrier. Loss of mexico was anticipated, usa too - still hanging on in seattle. Venezuala was a nice present from uk - dont know why u invited....Confused didnt plan to attack.

russian kills were minor (but thanks Tongue), pingpong in iraq - uk and usa have a lot of planes....

yeah tbh i forgot about that navy, i wanted to pull that out ages ago. oh well, only BBs (well and that CVL), it's semi-acceptable.

I am glad that i dislodged you so quickly from north america, too bad you can SR quicklier than i can advance.

Agreed, fun session except the crashes.

I thought Venezuela could hold out longer than they did, well it proved to be a bad move to invite them hehe. The German navy managed to catch one of my destroyer groups, but I did manage to sink some Nazi escort ships / subs later on. Back and forth bounce in Iraq and stable front in Syria after the spearhead of the Italian army in the area was cut off and destroyed.

Yes, I think we lost 2 subs. Honestly it is annoying micromanagement of just shoving subs around to safe ports.
German navy is slightly damaged, and we lost 1 sub + 1DD for 1 CL in engagement.

Really frustrated with HOI3 and Paradox - and really want to get this over asap at this point..... even doing "so" well doesnt give me the thrill anymore - just depressing..

Considering i was held up in India and forces generally all around the world with next to no forces in the US, i am kinda surprised at how quickly that was afterall.
For something that should not have happened, oh well, i did not think you had any range for a stunt like that. Yes it was bloody and annoying, but i had heaps of fun finally waging a ground war.

What exactly is your problem atm? the supply and oil issues? at least they will get taken care of with next expansion (already working iirc).

@ shuer : well i think you panicked a bit, but I guess we made a good impression lol Big Grin - we really had very few units there and we were suprised we got so far. If it wasnt for the supply ai we probably would have held on much longer in mexico.
Plus the quick SR movement also saved uk and your ass in india so its alls fair Wink.

Supply in itself is not really an issue - though I need to produce tonnes of it /much more than needed/ so thats a waste. The main problem is the fuel which the ai sends out in 400-600 PER DAY. Obv i dont use such an ammount - and I gained a lot of oil so can convert and I dont see that as an issue (ie that i lack resources per say). But with the ai shipping it out (and i switched off shipment to the main depot - didnt help) im basically out of fuel within weeks of starting the game - which all of you guys know what it does to attacking armies and ships. Plus even at times (dont know if this is due to this) - though i have 1000 fuel in a port some of my tps are out of oil and move at crawl pace....

Really just makes me want to toss in the towel as i cant see this going away and its ruining my fun. Even the sneak attacks on the usa fleet (forceing it out of port into our waiting fleet Tongue) doesnt make up for the fun factor - and as much as I like to win I prefer all to have a bit of fun and not gloom when you are fucked by things beyond your control. i esp prepared before war and spent a lot of ic on buying fuel and other shit - so that irriates me even more....

@traks i will when i get back home
