Monday Victoria:Revolutions Game III

Here I will try to line up the next game, I will update this post as we agree on things. If I miss something or have forgotten to change a thing, moderators are free to edit my post.

To start with it seems that there is a mood for a minor game, which is fine by me. Some countries on the list might be considered regional powers, but thats okay by me - it can be considered a "New World Game" as M&M put it.
If we decide playing major countries, its also fine by me but I think we need to at least fill UK,France, Russia, Austria and Prussia if we play majors.

Time & Place
- Every Monday at 19.00 CET (Seems better than 18.00 for some), starting date will hopefully be Monday 3rd September.

- We normally meet at Valkyrenet in the Victoria channel, Anders is usually hosting.

Minor setup

Thread to discuss the roster is here

Anders: Switzerland
Gen.Schuermann: Mexico
Hytzon: Transvaal
M&M: Argentina
Ederon: Colambia
Mr.G Chile
Stalins Elite Austria

Rules
Thread to discuss the rules is here

- OHgamers hotfix #5 (No mods)

- Scorched earth is allowed (deleting factories before giving provinces in a peace deal)

- The maintenance of armies is tiered (natives are included in the numbers):
0-49 divisions = no enforced maintenance
50-99 divisions = at least 50% maintenance
100+ divisions = 100% maintenance

- For navies, in which transport ships are not included. Only warships you might say.
0-49 ships = no enforced mainteneance
50-99 ships = 50% maintenance
100+ ships = 100% maintenance.

- Regular/Native troop ratio 2:1

- You must have enough soldier POPs to support your army

- Tech trading is restricted between humans, which means its only allowed to ASK for a tech, not giving one. This will ensure that the receiver of the tech will still pay the ressearch point penalty. Trading with AI nations is allowed.

- I think we agreed that colonial wars between humans are fine, but I can't remember if we agreed that it was okay for either part to expand it to a full war.

- Behaviour and exploits can be discussed between games, I dont want to make a long list as we all know each other and we try to play fair.

Victory Conditions
The thread is here
- No real change to the victory conditions so far

Feel free to mention if I have missed anything, but lets discuss the relevant things in the threads belonging to the subject.

Narrowed down my choice to Brazil - Argentina - Mexico, with a slight preference of mexico - Schuer

You can't say civilization don't advance - for in every war, they kill you in a new way.

We need to setup the date and the time. I for one would say Monday, 1800 CET as usual.

In Soviet Russia, Schuermann defeats YOU!

Monday 1800 still works for me.

For me 18 CET is little too early. 19 would be better.

1900 CET works too. Actually better, since I might be coming home late for 6 weeks in 5 weeks' time: Praksis (Praktikum, Parctical, internship, whatever) going on then.
At least before the holidays; I don't know my schedule afterwards.
