If Axis are OK with it and it works for everyone else it might work for gamebalance since Allies no longer have Soviet alive.

I'll be online and ready to play starting from 14:00 tomorrow then!

I am ok with it if we can make certain of 2 things:

1. Alex can't push up in afghanistan to encirle his troops.
2. We can make sure the AI doesn't ruin us (exp forces or smth like that)

Yeah, I won't be abusing the stand in AI by encircling them, but I can't stop their AI from making suicidal attacks though...

No Bulgarian divisions were encircled / destroyed in Afghanistan but they did suffer heavy combat ( as did everyone involved, we were fighting almost constantly ).

We played for 4 months ingame time, and my combat logs reports having destroyed around 1800 Bulgarian trucks, 5500 infantry equipment in combat as well as 60 medium tanks.

It is possible that the AI changed some division templates around as well since that happened to redcoat.

As long as I can stay awake until 20:00 (19:30) I will be ready, otherwise I don't think anything will be able to wake me up until tomorrow Smile

Indeed! I am happy the 40000 Indians who landed and surrendered in Italy didn't do so in vain! I managed to hit the most well defended part of the coast and my allies got ashore much better with more powerful forces against less defended ports.

Alot of Italians and Germans escaped through the sea-route though from ports, but many were encircled as well.

Now it seems we again are back to the attrition combat in Northern Italy that the allies have been so good at so far with our infantry, if you keep going you will run out of men to throw at our lines soon!

I also have started to see Hungarian 1944 Heja MkII Fighters appear together with German FW190s, shooting down droves of old Indian bi-planes + license produced hurricanes and spitfires over Afghanistan, so many the Indian Airforce had to take a strategic break for over a month to recover.

Hungary must have some powerful NFs for airplane research!

Something else which is interesting is that the German SS Tiger divisions have scary levels of armor, so I suspect pushing forward on the plains in Northern Italy won't be easy for us allies, but we can always defend against them in mountains and behind rivers where they are useless...

Just felt a need to comment this! I actually researched the 1944 model before it was legal, luckily I didn't start producing them after my teammates informed me of the rules! It's a 100% ahead bonus gained via NF, very nice to have Big Grin They have recently been going in to production though (late august -42), and I hope it's in time to make a difference Wink

Those 1944 planes will be useful for our outnumbered air force! The bulgarian air force have been reduced to 16 fighters... Sad

Yeah, August -42 is perfectly fine, I wouldn't have complained if you started production a month earlier even.

You could have started the research 1:st of January 1942 ( Our rules allow 2 years ahead of time if you got -100% Ahead of time NF ), and it would have been done around 5-6 months later probably depending on other research modifiers.

Can't remember who offered to loan me a laptop for the trip to Halmstad so we would be able to play this coming week, I was struggling to keep awake as it was.

But I'll drop my contact info in the PM section and lets see if we can arrange a drop-of/pick-up. I'm free from work today(Friday) and don't have much planned for the weekend, I'll fly down to Halmstad on Sunday evening.

Hmmm I thought I could tag several members in the PM section, but as I only can send a PM to a specific individual I'll drop my info here instead.

So here are my contact info...

Deleted... (I just got info who offered to loan a laptop, sending a PM.)

I don't use Facebook any more as I deleted my account 1.5 yrs ago. Only social media for the moment is LinkedIn, and I use WhatsApp as well.

Maybe we should have our own 'WhatsApp' group to complement the ederon forum... ?

I think we can forget that plan, tomorrow I'll be on my daughters football cup pretty much all day and then when I get home I need to pack and get prepared for the trip to Halmstad.
